Description

There are 5 steps to making a realistic triceratops costume:

The welding of the steel frame according to the customer’s size requirement.
The fitting in of the eletrical units into the steel frame, and carry out an initial tune up QC (quality control) testing.
Wrapping the frame with synthetic sponge and then etching out the wrinkles and surface texturing of the skin.
An outer skin gauze is scrapped on with glue, with a check brush twice,using glass cement glue.
Lastly is the painting of both the undercoat and the top coat colors, along with the final detailing.

Normally it takes 7 days for us to complete production on our products.
